The TKGM-300 pad brakes are designed to hold the shafts of mechanisms (mainly lifting and transport machines) in a braked state with the electric motor not working, as well as to ensure smooth and stable braking of large-sized equipment units. They are driven by an electrohydraulic pusher. They are used in construction, mining, metallurgical and other industries. Electrohydraulic pushers EGT-50, EGT-80 are designed to drive pad and disc brakes of lifting and transport equipment (tower, gantry and bridge cranes of railway track-laying machines), belt conveyors, winches, as well as to drive automation mechanisms.
Type of climatic design U2, T2 according to GOST 15150.
The degree of protection of the pusher is IP54 according to GOST 14254.
